Every other state has now passed voluntary assisted dying laws.

The question is - Why not NSW?

Right now, there are terminally ill people in NSW experiencing unbearable suffering, which cannot be relieved, even with the best palliative care. We cannot let this continue.

The NSW VAD Bill must not fail in the Upper House.

Will you sign our petition asking NSW MPs to allow dying people in this state the same rights as other Australians?

NSW Parliament must pass the Voluntary Assisted Dying Bill into law to allow terminally ill people in this state the right to ask for medical assistance to end their lives peacefully.
